ROLE DEFINITION The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients in Africa, ensuring timely and effective resolution of their queries and concerns. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner. • Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding our products and services. • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction. • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate with customers. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide expert advice to customers. REQUIREMENTS • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in a related field preferred. • 2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the fencing industry. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
