About the Role The Customer Service Representative is the internal primary contact for assigned accounts. You will perform contract reviews, process daily orders, manage changes, respond to calls/emails, and coordinate with Shipping, Planning, Quality, Production, and other teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
