Customer Service Advisor with German and English (remote)

Main purpose of the job:

• Provide warm, friendly, and personalized inbound customer service to our B2B customers and partners
• Work Channels: Calls, Emails & Chat
• Schedule: Monday - Friday: in 2 shifts 8-16 CET or 12-20 CET (by rotation),
