Customer Service Advisor
Hybrid Working – 2 Days Remote
Location: Warwick, Warwickshire – free parking and a short walk from Warwick Parkway station
Salary: £24,576 + BUPA, Death in Service, Critical Illness Cover, Employee Discounts, Social Events & more

What you’ll be doing as a Customer Service Advisor:
• Deliver excellent customer service via phone (inbound & outbound), live chat, email, and web enquiries
• Handle customer queries efficiently while ensuring a positive experience
• Complete administrative tasks accurately to support customer interactions
What you need to have to be successful as a Customer Service Advisor:
• Customer-facing experience (customer service, contact centre, complaints, administration, retail, hospitality, healthcare, etc.)
• Strong communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude
• Basic IT skills and confidence using Microsoft Office
