About BETTER CAKEZ:

BETTER CAKEZ was founded in 2024 by Isabelle Forster – out of her great love for cakes and a very personal challenge.

Due to a gluten and lactose intolerance, Isabelle's diet was severely restricted, and above all, she could no longer eat one thing: her beloved bakery cakes. So she spent two years in the kitchen herself and developed cakes that should above all be: sinfully delicious – but at the same time healthier and easily digestible.

The result not only delighted her but also everyone around her. So much so that Isabelle was convinced not to take her second state examination in law after all, but instead to make her healthier snack cakes to go accessible to others.

Today, we offer our three snack cakes to go, which are packed with up to 30% vegetables. They are gluten-free, vegan, without refined sugar, without artificial preservatives, and without palm oil – all in organic quality and with a long shelf life without refrigeration.

And we almost forgot the most important thing: They are sinfully delicious.

Tasks

Your tasks:

• Support in preparatory accounting and administrative tasks
• Checking, entering, and filing incoming and outgoing invoices
• Support with the allocation and maintenance of receipts and payments
• Preparation and structured processing of documents for accounting
• Handling customer inquiries via email and other communication channels
• Support with questions regarding orders, deliveries, returns, and complaints
• Solution-oriented customer service and ensuring a positive customer experience
• Support with other organizational and operational topics in daily business

Qualifications

What you bring:

• You are currently enrolled at a university or college
• You work in a structured, careful, and reliable manner
• You have a good understanding of numbers and enjoy organizational tasks
• At the same time, you enjoy communicating and have fun with customer contact
• You work independently and solution-oriented and can keep track of multiple tasks
• You are motivated to learn new topics and take on responsibility in daily business
