Tasks

Your tasks include:

• operational interface between customers, dispatch, sales & accounting

• Receipt, processing, and coordination of incoming inquiries and orders

• Creation of offers

• Follow-up of offers

• Consultation and active support of customers from order entry to the execution of the transport

• Documentation and maintenance of customer and offer data in the relevant systems

Qualifications

What you bring with you:

• Completed apprenticeship as a Kaufmann/-frau for Speditions- und Logistikdienstleistungen (m/f/d) for freight forwarding and logistics services or a comparable commercial apprenticeship

• Very good communication skills and high customer orientation

• Negotiation skills and cost awareness

• Team spirit

• Experience in the logistics industry is an advantage

• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines

• Independent and reliable working style

• Very good coordination skills for tasks

• Monitoring of KPIs

• Ability to work under time pressure
