Tasks

Your tasks include:

• operational interface between customers, dispatch, sales & accounting
• receiving, processing and coordinating incoming inquiries and orders
• creating offers
• tracking offers
• consulting and actively supporting customers from order receipt to transport execution
• documentation and maintenance of customer and offer data in the relevant systems

Qualifications

What you bring:

• Completed training as a commercial employee for freight forwarding and logistics services or a comparable commercial apprenticeship
• Very good communication skills and high customer orientation
• Negotiation skills and cost awareness
• Team spirit
• Experience in the logistics industry is an advantage
• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
• Independent and reliable way of working
• Very good coordination skills for tasks
• Monitoring of KPIs
• Ability to work under time pressure
