What you will do

As a Customer Retention Intern, you will gain unique insight into the world of consumer psychology and the role of marketing in consumer behavior. You will support the Campaign & Promotion Specialists in our Retention Team with a wide range of marketing tools, from promotions and prices to reactivation and newsletter campaigns. You will fully participate in the Retention Team and work closely with our Campaign & Promotion Specialists, and our Head of Retention.

Some examples of what you will do:

• End-to-end execution of email campaigns; from requesting and selecting the right content to setting up and executing the technical details and analyzing the results.

• 360-degree execution of our promotion campaigns, including selecting the optimal promotional products, aligning with the forecast and buyer team, creating and sending communication through multiple channels, and analyzing results.

• Setting up A/B tests to improve the effectiveness of our content and promotions.

This is you

• You are in your final year or have recently graduated from a vocational college (HBO) or university bachelor's program.

• You are available for at least 32 hours per week for at least 5 months.

• You have a passion for consumer psychology, marketing, and promotion.

• You have experience in coordinating projects.

• You have an eye for detail and are results-oriented.

• You have (like the rest of our team) a passion for sustainable and delicious food.

• You speak and write excellent Dutch.
