The annual gross salary* for the position of Customer Representative:in in Public Transportation is currently between 44,900 and 49,200 EUR, depending on your professional experience and qualifications, as well as corresponding allowances and premiums.

• You actively advise and support our customers at and on board
• You provide information on schedules, fares, and connections, as well as irregularities
