Customer Representative - Romanian (temporary)

Exciting temporary remote opportunity for Romanian speakers!

We are seeking motivated, skilled Customer Service Representatives to join our dynamic team for a 2-month temporary assignment, working from office in Romania.

The start is on 5th January 2026.

Your Typical Day:

• Engaging in outbound campaigns to connect with customers and provide them with information and assistance to enhance their experience.
• Maintaining a thorough understanding of the products, brand, and industry to offer precise information and support during outbound interactions.
• Researching to gather relevant information and delivering accurate responses to inquiries, ensuring customers receive the best possible service.

What you need to have is:

• Excellent communication skills
• Near Native level of Romanian, both written and verbal
• Advanced knowledge of English, both written and verbal
• Customer-oriented attitude

What can you expect from us:

• Full-time role with working shifts between 9:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m., Monday – Friday
• Work from our office
