Responsible consulting of existing customers as well as new customers
Implementation of contract extensions, follow-up contracts or complaints
Personalized customer care on site
Tight cooperation with all departments
Dokumentation of the activities performed
Your qualification: Completed commercial training is advantageous
Professional experience in the field of customer service
Communicative, self-employed, organized and structured working method
Driver's license class 3/B
Experience in handling MS-Office
