Your Tasks:

• You will process and coordinate customer inquiries
• You will work together with the project management team
• You will record and maintain customer data
• You will coordinate requests for site visits, inspections, and defect corrections
• You will create correspondence with customers

Your Profile:

• You have a completed commercial education
• You can demonstrate first-hand experience in a similar position
• You have excellent computer skills, particularly with MS Excel and Word
• You have a confident demeanor and a friendly approach
• You possess a high level of social competence, good communication skills, and enjoy interacting with customers
