This role is responsible for managing a team of customer service representatives, providing coaching and guidance to ensure excellent customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include: • Developing and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty • Analyzing customer feedback and making recommendations for process improvements • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues • Providing exceptional customer service through phone, email, and in-person interactions • Managing a team of customer service representatives, including coaching, mentoring, and performance management • Staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve processes and services. The ideal candidate will have: • 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the logistics or transportation industry • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities • Experience managing a team or leading projects • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
