Job Description
- Responsible for providing technical assistance and support related to queries and workings of the Nielsen measurement application
- The specialist will work with the tech team/Engineering support team and product development team and will be part of the Panel Operations Management
- Will be directly reporting to the panel manager
- First point of contact for the user on emails
- Will need to coordinate with the tele-calling supervisor
- Coordinating with partners (internal and external) for smooth panel operations such as recruitment, incentive, etc.
- Raising PO & invoice submission in a timely manner
- Prepare reports & supporting documents for panel operations as per the panel manager's request
