Customer Relations Manager

Location: Bangalore Full-time, On Site Role Only. We are looking for a proactive and people-focused Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to join our growing team at Wedding Fellas . The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client communication, ensuring a smooth customer journey, and building long-term relationships with couples from enquiry to post-wedding delivery. Responsibilities: Act as the primary point of contact for clients from first enquiry to final delivery Handle incoming inquiries and respond promptly to ensure timely resolution Provide exceptional customer service through multiple channels (phone, email, in-person) Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout their wedding planning journey Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve any issues or concerns that may arise Ensure seamless communication and coordination between all parties involved. Requirements: Proven experience as a Customer Relationship Manager or similar role Strong understanding of customer service principles and practices Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
