We at HopUp, Chandigarh are welcoming applicants for Female Customer Service Manager (CRM). We are looking for an overly excited, highly organised and an experienced Customer Service Manager to join our team to contour the overall operations for Hopup. The job role entails strategising the events, handling VVIP guests, parties, operations, and customer success for the firm and the in-house influencers of Hopup. Things we'd want from the prospect candidate:

Experience in the said field of 2-3 years minimum
Great communication skills
Someone who understands metrics and data analysis
Should be highly groomed as to be maintained in the hospitality background
A brownie point for the one who has good experience from the hospitality and amusement industry
Should be well versed in handling VVIP guests
