Customer Quality Responsible
- This person is responsible for preparing and sending the PPAP/PPA/Recalification file to the client,
- This person is responsible for receiving the PPAP/PPA/Recalification file approved by the client,
- This person is responsible for managing and archiving NTF analysis reports for field complaints,
- This person is responsible for performing process audits and line audits,
- This person is responsible for sending deviations to the client and receiving approvals,
- This person is responsible for handling customer complaints and sending 8D reports on time,
- This person follows up on the efficiency of implemented measures in 8D,
- This person is part of the PFMEA analysis team,
- This person manages the IMDS database.
Candidates must have:
• medium or higher education profile technical,• advanced level English language proficiency, (German language constitutes an advantage),
• at least 3 years of experience in a similar role in the automotive industry,
• thorough knowledge of standards IATF 16949 and VDA,
• excellent knowledge of quality methods and processes (PPAP, APQP, PDCA, 8D, SPC etc),
• knowledge of the automotive production process, preferably in injection molding,
• excellent communication and interaction skills with clients,
• coordination and organization abilities.
