Responsibilities:

• Customer interface in case of customer quality issues, quality data submission and quality activities in new products launching and serial production
• Initiate and conduct problem-solving in the team, in case of customer claims; submit 8D report to customer and track actions efficiency
• Communicate and ensure implementation of customer specific requirements
• Ensures the collection and analysis of quality data
• Track quality indicators of production processes, initiate and conduct problem-solving with the team, in case of high scrap rate, ensure follow-up and track efficiency of actions
• Responsible for definition and implementation of the control plans, inspection instructions, records sheets, samples and data records in all project phases 
• Participate in meetings to analyze the daily and weekly performance in production, taking actions related to quality
• Product inspection / evaluation in case of changes and new products; PPAP submission to customer
• Responsible for measurement equipment definition and validation
• Perform the initial capability studies for new processes and products and periodic monitoring of processes capabilities during product lifetime
• Participating in the pre-SOP trials; part of the team that releases the process for serial production
• Participate to project meetings and activities in case of new projects and product/process changes
• Responsible for the incoming quality definition on projects and supplier complaint
• Prepare and participate to product, process and system audit (internal and external)
• Coordinates Quality Technicians activities from area of responsibility

Requirements:

• University degree (Skills for technical drawing it’s a plus)
• Knowledge of the automotive production process, including thinking based on risk assessment
• Knowledge of the specific requirements of the client
• Good knowledge level of quality tools (APQP & CP, FMEA, PPAP, MSA, SPC)
• Good knowledge level of problem-solving methods (A3, ISIKAWA, PDCA, QRQC, 5 WHY, 5W2H, 8D)
• Minimum knowledge about ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and ISO14001 requirements
• VDA standards knowledge it’s a plus.
• Good PC operating skills
• SAP knowledge it’s a plus
• Organizational capacity, ability to set priorities, problem-solving abilities
• Ability to find solutions, speed of reaction in decision-making
• Willing to travel abroad
