Job description
We are hiring a Quality Engineer!
Are you passionate about continuous improvement and customer satisfaction? Join our team and ensure excellence in every process!
✅ Main Responsibilities:
- Validate processes and release products according to specifications.
- Manage customer complaints and coordinate P06 activities for new projects.
- Administer APQP, PPAP, and monitor the customer system.
- Lead multidisciplinary teams to solve internal and external problems.
- Prepare 8D reports, Kaizen, and SPC analyses.
Requirements:
- Industrial, Mechanical, Automotive Engineering or related field.
- +3 years of experience in automotive quality or manufacturing (preference for plastics).
- Knowledge of APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, and audits.
- Proficiency in problem-solving tools (8D, Kaizen).
- Intermediate-advanced English desirable.
