Would you like to independently manage challenging customer projects and combine technical excellence, customer orientation, and economic success? Then become part of our team.

As a Customer Project Manager / Project Manager (m/f/d), you will assume overall responsibility for national and international customer projects, accompanying them from order placement to successful handover to the customer. You will act as the central point of contact between our customers and the internal departments.

Tasks

• You will be responsible for the leadership and management of customer projects during the service provision phase, from order placement in the production plant to handover to the customer.

• You will be responsible for adherence to deadlines, budgets, and customer requirements. Including pre- and post-calculations.

• You will coordinate interdisciplinary project teams and ensure goal-oriented collaboration among all participants.

• You will identify project risks early on and develop suitable measures to ensure project success.

• You will support technical clarifications and assist sales with complex customer inquiries.

• You will coordinate change requests and ensure transparent communication with customers and internal stakeholders.

• You will organize customer acceptances and support successful implementation up to commissioning.

• You will document project progress and derive optimization potential for future projects.

What you bring with you

• Completed degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable technical qualification.

• Several years of experience in project management, ideally in mechanical or plant engineering.

• Strong technical understanding and a good sense for economic contexts.

• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented way of working.

• Strong communication skills, negotiation skills, and a confident demeanor towards customers and internal contacts.

• High customer orientation and the ability to convey even complex issues understandably.

• Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken.

• Proficient use of project management tools, ERP systems, and standard MS Office applications.
