Customer Operations Specialist with German (SAP)

For our clients – international organizations operating in the SSC/GBS environment – we are looking for experienced specialists who combine practical knowledge of the SAP system, very good knowledge of the German language, and experience in business client service (B2B).

Your responsibilities

• Comprehensive service for business clients in German-speaking markets.
• Building and maintaining professional relationships with B2B clients and cooperation with key stakeholders.
• Coordinating Order Management / Order-to-Cash processes, including order processing, invoicing, and settlements, depending on specialization.
• Independent resolution of complex customer inquiries, discrepancies, and operational issues.
• Ongoing work in the SAP system, including managing data, orders, or financial documents.
• Cooperation with international Sales, Finance, Logistics, and Supply Chain teams.
• Monitoring the quality of implemented processes and timeliness of customer service.
• Participation in initiatives related to the optimization and improvement of business processes.

Our requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Service, Customer Operations, Order Management, Order-to-Cash, or a related area.
• Practical knowledge of the SAP system – a must-have, experience with the SAP SD module is a plus.
• Very good knowledge of German and English, enabling smooth business conversations.
• Documented experience in direct cooperation with business clients (B2B), including independent communication and resolution of complex issues.
• Ability to build professional relationships with clients and cooperate with stakeholders at various levels of the organization.
• Good knowledge of processes related to order processing, settlements, or business client service.
• Ability to independently manage priorities and coordinate actions between different departments.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and the ability to work with operational data.
• Experience in an international SSC/GBS environment will be an additional advantage.
