Customer Operations Specialist

• Bachelor’s degree
• 2-3 years of experience in an operational or similar role
• Proficient in Excel
• Languages: English – C1, Italian/Spanish - minimum B2
• Strong communication skills

• Create and maintain product catalogs and portals, ensuring data and pricing accuracy;
• Provide consultancy to sales teams on catalog and offer structures;
• Proactively update product catalogs and pricing in line with contracts and policies;
• Manage catalog-related requests and issues, delivering fast and effective solutions;
• Collaborate with sales representatives and clients to ensure a seamless catalog experience.

• Salary for English only: up to 5700 ron net
• Salary for English & Italian/Spanish - up to 6000 ron net (The salary is calculated based on the language proficiency level)
• 24 vacation days
