To support this mission, Syngenta's Supply Chain Management team is looking for a Customer Operations Specialist in Mexico City.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure efficient order management, administering the operation from customer order entry to delivery generation. Provide customer support, inventory assignment coordination, order processing, and escalation resolution, ensuring data quality and service level agreement compliance.
• Track OTD (Order to Deliver) process.
• Review parameters and parameterize tools used during the process.
• Be a focal point and link between transactional customers and the sales area.
• Monitor the operation from start to finish, including invoicing (internal and fiscal). Track customer complaints and post-sales according to clients' needs, including credit and debit notes.
