Let me tell you about this exciting opportunity: Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular communication and issue resolution. • Provide exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues in a timely manner, and ensuring customer satisfaction. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer complaints and improve overall customer experience. • Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement. • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs. • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and stay ahead of the competition. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., business administration, marketing, or communications). • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the lubricants industry. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines. • Strong analytical and technical skills, including proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). • Fluency in English language is essential for this role.
