Job description
Your profile Business level in Polish and English - both written and verbal Great communication skills, with ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and understandable way Proactive problem-solving and a solutions-oriented mindset You have a strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized You are a tech enthusiast, quick to master new platforms and comfortable troubleshooting Nice to have: experience in managing customer expectations, customer success or marketing (experience with CRM systems, project management tools, Google Suite, Microsoft Office) Ability to work independently and as part of a team Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g. Excel, Google Sheets) Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies
