Customer Operations Expert – Backoffice (m/w/d)

We are looking for an experienced professional to join our team as Customer Operations Expert – Backoffice (m/w/d). This newly created role is part of a restructuring process aimed at supporting the growth of our company. The main goal is to provide a solid foundation for our Customer Success Team by ensuring clear structures, clean processes, and smooth workflows.

As a Customer Operations Expert, you will work closely with our ERP system in the Embellishment area, focusing on setting up and maintaining relevant data and processes. This will enable your colleagues to work efficiently and focus on our customers.

You will support the team operationally from the backoffice, taking on structured and system-related tasks, ensuring stability in daily business. Additionally, you will create templates for exciting projects in the area of textile finishing – often for clients from the professional football and sports field.

• You prefer working structured in the background rather than being in the spotlight, and have a strong sense of order.
• You bring experience in handling ERP systems; knowledge of Photoshop or similar graphic programs is a welcome plus.
• Good English skills are self-evident for you, as we work internationally with colleagues and customers.

• The position is aimed at young professionals from the region with about 1-2 years of experience who take responsibility and want to grow professionally.
