Build trusted relationships with key customer stakeholders. Oversee daily account performance, service KPIs, and compliance. Collaborate across operations, culinary, procurement, and finance. Lead customer meetings and continuous improvement initiatives. Support pricing, budgeting, and commercial performance. What you'll bring: Proven experience in account management within aviation, catering, or hospitality. Strong stakeholder management and commercial acumen. Excellent communication, analytical skills, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
