Customer Operation Specialist
Job description
As Customer Operation Specialist, you are the first point of contact for our B2B customers. You support them with operational questions, ensure a smooth handling of their orders and work closely together with our sales team to elevate customer satisfaction to a higher level. You are a crucial link between our customers and internal teams, actively contributing to optimizing our processes.
- Provide first-line support to B2B customers via phone, Freshdesk, email, and chat
- Work together with the sales team to quickly and efficiently resolve customer questions
- Monitor order statuses and ensure a smooth handling
- Signalize bottlenecks and contribute to process improvements
- Report customer insights to management
