Customer Onboarding Manager (m/w/d) | Scaling Phase

In a nutshell:

You are exactly right at Matera if you burn to make customers happy through your organizational skills and process optimization. You accompany them during the onboarding, coordinate banks, service providers, and administrations, and ensure a smooth start. Work with us in Berlin's office or flexibly hybrid, full-time. Start immediately or within the next 3 months.

Tasks

Your role at Matera:

• You accompany new customers through the setup phase on our platform and ensure that all steps run smoothly.
• You coordinate and communicate with internal teams (accounting, legal, sales) as well as external partners (banks, service providers).
• You contribute to the further development of our product by passing on valuable feedback from customers to the product and tech team.
• You keep track of multiple onboarding projects simultaneously and ensure a structured implementation.

Qualification

You bring with you:

• You can explain complex matters in a clear and concise manner and are service-oriented.
• You work structured and maintain an overview even in challenging situations.
• You take on tasks and tackle challenges proactively.
• You want to move things forward and improve processes.
• You speak German at C2 level, and communicate confidently in English.
