Your To-Do's

• You are an important point of contact for new customers and support them personally in setting up the system and onboarding.
• To ensure that our customers can quickly and successfully set up our hotel software, you will conduct online training sessions and workshops.
• You will work closely with our support, sales, and product teams to focus on our customers and their success stories.
• Depending on workload and in quieter times, you will support our sales team and help spread the word about ibelsa.
• You will be in regular exchange with our partners from the industry.
• Happily and satisfied customers are your customers? Now we're talking… ibelsa stands for personal proximity.

You Bring

• You have already worked in the hotel industry and are familiar with the work of a hotel software (PMS & Co.).
• You have great fun interacting with various personalities and are strong in communication.
• You bring a natural affinity for technical products.
• Optimally, you have experience conducting remote training sessions for customers.
• You put the customer's success at the center, work independently, and appreciate genuine teamwork.
• Open and honest communication is one of your genuine strengths.
• You communicate confidently in German and English.
