Job Description
For a strong and growing organization active in HR and payroll solutions, we are looking for a Customer Onboarding Consultant. In this versatile role, you combine customer contact, consultancy, training, and payroll knowledge. You help customers get started successfully with innovative HR and payroll software and contribute to optimal service delivery.

As a Customer Onboarding Consultant, you will guide new customers through their entire implementation and training process. You will ensure that they can start using the HR and payroll software quickly and efficiently.
Your responsibilities:
• Guiding new customers during their onboarding process.
• Analyzing customer needs and translating them into efficient software configuration.
• Providing training and workshops on HR and payroll applications.
• Supporting and advising customers with questions about using the software.
• Sharing your expertise with colleagues through internal training and knowledge transfer.
• Actively contributing to the further development of internal expertise.
• Identifying optimizations and improvements within HR and payroll processes.ProfileProfile
You combine a passion for payroll and social legislation with strong communication skills. You enjoy guiding customers and transferring knowledge.
We are looking for someone who:
• Has a bachelor's degree or relevant experience in payroll, HR, or a social secretariat.
• Is interested in social legislation, payroll administration, and HR software.
• Enjoys giving training and can easily transfer knowledge.
• Works customer-oriented and builds strong relationships.
• Can work accurately, structured, and independently.
• Is analytically strong and thinks solution-oriented.
• Takes initiative and continuously seeks improvements.
• Has experience within payroll or HR processes. Experience in the public sector is a significant asset.
