Customer Manager/In (m/w/d)

Your Tasks:

• You will nurture and strengthen relationships with our business customers (e.g. associations, embassies, law firms etc.).
• You will monitor sales development and engage in active sales.
• You will handle administrative tasks such as maintaining customer data, prices, and order lists and credit accounts.
• You will create offers in coordination with the sales leadership and work on special projects.
• You will manage customer relationships by phone, take over telephone sales, and handle complaints – occasional one-on-one meetings with customers may be necessary.
• You will process and maintain special prices (e.g. campaigns).
• You will support achieving market goals and work on projects to increase the efficiency of the Sales-Force team.
• You will work on projects to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the Sales-Force team.
