British American Tobacco Mexico has an exciting opportunity as Customer Management Intern in Monterrey Your responsibilities will include: Elaboración and maintenance of dashboards in Excel for analysis and reporting purposes; Data entry and management of customer information; Collaboration with the Customer Service team to resolve customer complaints and improve overall customer satisfaction; Development and implementation of customer retention strategies; Analysis and interpretation of sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement; Preparation of reports and presentations for senior management; Participation in cross-functional projects to drive business growth and innovation. ¡Ven, únete a nosotros en este viaje!
