As a Customer Journey & Engagement Specialist, you will be part of our global team responsible for designing and delivering exceptional customer experiences across all touchpoints, from product development to post-sales support. Your mission is to WOW our customers by understanding their needs, preferences, and behaviors, and then crafting personalized journeys that exceed their expectations. To achieve this, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Support, to ensure seamless customer experiences. You will also be responsible for analyzing customer feedback, identifying trends, and developing data-driven insights to inform business decisions and drive growth.
