Customer Implementation Engineer (m/w/d)

We are looking for an experienced developer to be the first point of contact for our customers in hospitals and doctor's offices, who will help them use our SaaS solutions for image data management optimally.

With your technical expertise and service-oriented approach, you ensure that the processing of sensitive patient data runs smoothly – a task that really counts.

You work in a valued, collegiate environment in HealthTech IT, where your ideas are appreciated and initiative is explicitly encouraged. Together with an experienced support team, you actively shape processes and develop our customer service continuously further.

Telepaxx Medical Data offers hospitals and doctors data-protection-compliant, quickly integratable software-as-a-service solutions from the cloud - tailored to the needs of imaging departments such as radiology, orthopedics, cardiology or gynecology.

Aufgaben

• Implementation and Change of Telepaxx Services at customers
  - Installation, Commissioning, Update, and Maintenance of software and databases
  at customers
  - Conducting Data Migrations and Server Relocations
  - Setting up and Adapting customer environments in the TMD Cloud
• Kompetent Contact Person for users and IT staff from our customers' PACS teams regarding technical questions about the use of our image data management solutions
• Analytical Approach: You conduct root-cause analyses and work across departments to resolve problems
• Aktive Participation in the continuous improvement of our Change and Operating Processes

Qualification

• Completed vocational training or studies in the field of computer science or comparable qualification
• Practical experience with Windows/Linux Server, SQL databases, and archive systems
• Knowledge of clinical IT, particularly PACS systems and communication standards such as DICOM, IHE, and HL7
• Excellent communication skills and service-oriented thinking
• Very good German language skills (at least C1 level) and good English language skills
