Customer Happiness Manager WKS (m/w/d)

We are looking to strengthen our team by hiring a motivated student in the field of Customer Happiness, who will support us in daily customer contact and actively contribute to creating an outstanding service experience in e-commerce.

This is what you can expect:

• Support for the Customer-Happiness-Team in operational daily business
• Prioritization of customer inquiries via email, chat, and possibly phone
• Assistance with topics related to orders, delivery status, returns, and complaints
• Participation in the optimization of service processes and internal workflows
• Support for creating and maintaining FAQs, help center articles, and text modules
• Closely working with adjacent teams like logistics and procurement

This is what you should bring:

• A registered student (m/w/d), ideally in the field of BWL, e-commerce, communication, economics, or comparable
• First experience in customer service or working with Zendesk is advantageous but not a must-have
• A strong sense of service and customer orientation
• Excellent communicative skills in spoken and written language
• A structured, reliable, and self-reliant work style
• Familiarity with using MS Office
• A quick understanding and willingness to learn new things
• Very good German skills, English skills are advantageous
• Teamwork ability and a hands-on mentality
