A bit about your role As a Customer Field Technician, located on the Gold Coast, you will be responsible for installing, testing and commissioning NBN Co’s network infrastructure. This includes working with customers to identify and resolve technical issues, as well as providing exceptional customer service. You will also be required to maintain accurate records of your work and adhere to NBN Co’s safety and quality standards. What you will need to succeed in this role: Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities Ability to lift and move equipment and materials up to 25kg (55lbs) Ability to work in a variety of environments, including outdoors and in confined spaces Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
