Customer Experience Specialist (US-Based Biotechnology Company)

As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients' customers. This includes handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, as well as resolving any issues that may arise. You will also work closely with our internal teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
