Customer Experience Representative

Mō te tūnga | About the role Our Whenuapai team is expanding, and we are looking for customer-focused professionals to join us in a dynamic and varied Customer Experience Representative role. Every day is different, as you support NZDF personnel by providing timely, accurate and customer-centred shared services. You will liaise and assist across a range of units and levels within the organisation, effectively and efficiently multitasking to deliver a high level of customer satisfaction. As part of this role, you will be required to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritising tasks and managing competing demands. Your excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders will enable you to provide exceptional service to our customers.
