Customer Experience Representative

About this position. Monday to Friday 08:00 to 17:00 Salary: $25,000 MXN before taxes Fluent English This position works for Hunt Mexicana S. A. de C. V. Bachelor degree is a must related to the position Job Profile. Under routine supervision, the incumbent is responsible for the execution of customer freight orders to meet volume goals and deliver an exceptional customer experience. This position will exemplify a customer-centric spirit to develop and maintain excellent customer relationships with internal stakeholders, including sales teams, logistics providers, and other departments. The ideal candidate should be able to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks effectively, and maintain accuracy and attention to detail. Additionally, the incumbent must demonstrate strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to ensure seamless interactions with customers and colleagues.
