Customer Experience Manager (m/w/d) - full-time

Tasks

Your tasks:

• You answer customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media – not just quickly and solution-oriented, but so that customers become true fans.
• You train our support AI, build smart automations, and use dashboards to ensure that standard questions are solved quickly and you have the head free for really important topics.
• You analyze the customer service reality, identify weaknesses (where does it hurt in the customer journey?), and optimize processes actively.
• Your findings and data bring you into regular meetings to improve our products and business processes across departments.

Qualification

Your qualification:

• You communicate clearly, warmly, and on an equal footing – even when it gets tough or stressful.
• You have no hesitation with new tools. You find artificial intelligence exciting and want to shape the interaction between human and machine.
• You question the status quo, think in solutions rather than problems, and take responsibility gladly.
• Experience in customer service or CX is a big plus – but what matters most to us is your motivation to make something happen.
• You live in or around Hannover. Our office is your home base for team exchange, mobile work is possible after consultation.
