Your Tasks

• You design the customer experience around our energy projects and ensure that our customers are professionally, transparently, and service-oriented accompanied from the first contact to ongoing operation.
• You support residents, tenants, commercial customers, and property managers and are their central point of contact for all questions about our products and services.
• You ensure a structured onboarding process for new customers, explain our product world in a comprehensible way, and create the foundation for long-term and trusting cooperation.
• You handle inquiries via digital channels as well as by phone, find pragmatic solutions, and ensure fast and reliable communication.
• You maintain customer and master data in our modern systems and actively support the further development of our service, software, and process landscape.
• You work closely with teams from Asset Management, Project Development, Finance, and technical operations and contribute to continuously developing our customer experience.

Your Profile

• You have a commercial education, a business studies degree, or a comparable qualification that you have successfully completed.
• You already have experience in customer service, customer success, or a similar customer-oriented role and enjoy inspiring people.
• You communicate clearly, empathetically, and solution-oriented and keep your cool even in challenging situations.
• You work structured, carefully, and with high quality standards and do not lose sight of the bigger picture even when dealing with multiple topics simultaneously.
• You are interested in energy, real estate, or sustainability topics and want to actively shape the energy transition.
• Ideal candidates already have some initial touchpoints with the energy sector, real estate industry, or commercial processes.
