Customer Experience Manager

The company is looking for a Customer Experience Manager who will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a passion for fitness and wellness. Key responsibilities include: • Developing and implementing customer experience strategies that drive customer satisfaction and loyalty. • Analyzing customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement. • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements. • Providing exceptional customer service through multiple channels (phone, email, chat). • Identifying and prioritizing opportunities to improve the overall customer experience. • Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders including customers, partners, and internal teams. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field, 3-5 years of experience in customer-facing roles, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a passion for fitness and wellness.
