Customer Experience Expert / Customer Relations Expert (m/f)

Your responsibilities

• building and developing relationships with Clients
• supervising the correct execution of services provided to the Client in accordance with applicable procedures: appointment scheduling, deliveries, data correctness, billing, invoicing, complaint handling, inventories
• proactively identifying Client needs and proposing improvements
• taking care of the financial results of cooperation, negotiating terms, offering new services
• implementing and training Clients in the use of the OMS system
• forecasting revenues and costs for managed contracts
• verifying and entering cost documents into the system
• carrying out tasks assigned but not listed above, e.g. additional reports, analyses

Our requirements

• minimum 3 years of experience in a similar customer service role
• knowledge of the English language at a communicative level (min. B1)
• highly developed communication and negotiation skills
• good knowledge of the MS Office suite (especially Excel)
