Our satellite-based Earth Observation services provide timely and accurate information for various industries, including agriculture, forestry, construction, and emergency response. We are looking for a Customer Excellence Specialist to join our team and contribute to our mission. As a Customer Excellence Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service and support. This includes handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing training and guidance to our customers. You will also be responsible for identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance our customer service and support.
