Customer Engineer Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Customer Engineer Manager to lead a team of customer engineers who provide technical support and solutions to our customers. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of the semiconductor industry. Responsibilities: * Lead a team of customer engineers to ensure timely and effective delivery of technical support and solutions to customers. * Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, reduce escalations, and increase revenue. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize opportunities for process improvements and cost savings. * Provide coaching and guidance to team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their job duties effectively. * Develop and manage budgets for customer engineer teams. * Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field. * 5+ years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in the semiconductor industry. * Strong understanding of the semiconductor industry, including chip design, manufacturing, and testing. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
