Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Engineer to join our team. As a Customer Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support and training to our customers on the use and maintenance of our equipment. Responsibilities: * Provide technical support and training to customers on the use and maintenance of Applied Materials' equipment. * Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner. * Collaborate with internal teams to develop and deliver effective training programs for customers. * Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty. * Stay up-to-date on the latest technology trends and advancements, and apply this knowledge to improve customer support and training.
