Our customers manage their fixed and mobile phones and internet lines through us. When something doesn't work as expected or they want to change something, they call our service department. That's where you'll be ready to help the customers. Can you solve it directly over the phone? Maybe you plan to do it tomorrow if it can wait and someone with more technical knowledge is available? You decide on the priority and ensure that the right engineer gets to work with the right information…
