Customer Delivery Manager (w/m/d/x) Software for Insurances

Your Role

As Customer Delivery Manager (w/m/d/x), you ensure that our insurance customers can use the EMIL Insurance Suite according to their needs. You are part of our Customer Delivery Department and contribute to the digital transformation of the insurance industry by introducing our SaaS solution to our customers.

What You Can Expect

• You provide our potential customers with proofs of concept and are the first point of contact, both before and during the product purchase and implementation.
• You set up our SaaS solution quickly and successfully at our customers, explain how to use and the functionality of our product, and ensure a problem-free go-live of the software.
• You support error correction and answer questions, laying the foundation for the long-term success of our customers.
• You are responsible for project management and communication with all stakeholders, both internal and external; meet regularly with the team and keep everyone informed.
• You document requirements, adjustments, and project progress as needed.

What You Bring

• You have at least 4-5 years of experience working with technical projects or integrations, preferably at a SaaS provider in the insurance industry.
• Affinity for technology, preferably with a technical background.
• You are able to build strong and trustworthy relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• You feel at home in project management and work solution-oriented and detail-oriented.
• You have fluent, negotiation-proof communication skills in English and German in writing and speaking, French is an asset.
• Experience with APIs, BPMN, SaaS platforms, AWS technology, testing, requirement engineering, and the insurance industry is a plus.
• Consulting experience is a huge plus :-)
• You are curious and interested in understanding the insurance landscape and its processes.
• You are familiar with a dynamic work environment and agile project management methods are not foreign to you.
• About 20% travel readiness within Germany or Switzerland.
