Customer Delivery Manager - Last Mile Operations

JOB DESCRIPTION In the role of Customer Delivery Manager - Last Mile Operations, you will be responsible for implementing an appropriate and effective project or programme management framework for residential interior fit-out projects. You will support in defining and implementing criteria for control and management of the projects in the region. Manage the design and site delivery team and their performance of delegated responsibilities. Ensure assigned projects are completed within schedules and budgets, while maintaining high-quality standards. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration. Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and partners. Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating potential risks. Provide guidance and support to the team members as needed. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and learning within the team. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes as necessary. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
